Brilliant has designed multi-cavity thin-walled containers in a separate cavity insert locking system that greatly reduces cycle time and avoids the risk of mold errors during high-precision machining. We use high-speed milling machines, valve gate systems, raw materials in fast-flow chambers, and efficient cooling systems for mold temperature control and high-speed motion at each step. For food container molds, Brilliant also offers IML molding systems and robot automation.
